What is ALC?
ALC stands for Alternative Lyrics Contest. It is held annually, and Members of the ESC Nation Messageboard (previously Doteurovision) and/or #esc chat submit written alternative lyrics to any Eurovision songs (currently limited to up to 3 entries per person). These entries are organised into semis and then a final, and the participants and any other interested MBers vote on each others' entries until a winner is known. All entries remain anonymous until the voting is completed. |
Previous Editions There have been 9 contests since I took over the hosting of ALC, which can be seen at the links below: |
