Romania debuted in the [[Home Composed Song Contest]] in [[Home Composed Song Contest 2011|2011]]. It made a far more successful return a decade later, with two top five finishes in the [[Home Composed Song Contest 2021|2021]] event - including victory with "[[Take Me Away]]" by [[CornEL]]. This was followed by podium finishes in three consecutive years courtesy of Floriana.

Romania debuted in the Home Composed Song Contest in 2011. It made a far more successful return a decade later, with two top five finishes in the 2021 event - including victory with "Take Me Away" by CornEL. This was followed by podium finishes in three consecutive years courtesy of Floriana.
